Target Acquisition System

The LIGHT is a lightweight target acqusition module, that serves ground forces in field operation and enables the user to determine target coordinates.

The LIGHT is an integrative module that operates jointly with a laser range finder (LRF).The LIGHT finds target coordinates by using own position, determinded by the built in GPS-Receiver, by measuring the range to the target by means of the LRF and by fixing the azimuth to the target by the built in compass.

The LIGHT processes the data and produces target coordinates. All the data is displayed on its screen.Resolution angel: Degrees with deczimal-degrees, 6000 and 6400 Art.Prom.All the importants Map-Datums and Grids are stored. Also Swiss Grid with CH-1903!
